Outlook 2025—It’s Time to Talk About Transformation

In this year’s Outlook, we focus on our industry’s critically important transformation efforts. Used as an umbrella term for countless initiatives, transformations go beyond simple incremental improvements to pursue new strategic visions. They target changes to an organization’s people, processes, and technology as the means to realize greater business value.

Every firm will face the need for large-scale change at some point and the challenges it brings are unavoidable, but we at Citisoft believe it’s time to look deeper at transformation and acknowledge that the asset management industry can do better.
