Reflecting on a great year in the blogosphere begs the question, which were this year’s top posts? I can’t pick favorites, but today I’m sharing a glimpse behind the curtain with a countdown of 2016’s top posts by web traffic:

Though it clocks in at the end of our top ten list, this is a personal favorite of mine. Mike Despo pieces together the mystery of why a team may look productive… when it’s anything but. Key lessons for meeting productivity: build an agenda, don’t invite everyone and his cousin, don’t fill an hour if you don’t need an hour. Easy, right?
