Jay provides strategic direction and leadership on Citisoft programs in North America and globally. He has nearly 40 years of experience servicing the industry including working for and with some of the world’s largest investment managers and service providers. Jay has driven delivery engagements across the investment management spectrum with a focus on front, middle, and back office transformations. Prior to joining Citisoft, he served as Head of Data Program Services at Invesco.
